Revision& Refund Policy

It is crucial to understand the purpose of these policies. These are made so that no disputes occur in future regarding any refund or revision work. We therefore advice you to carefully read the points mentioned below and follow the same.

1. •You have no right to the cancel any work that our writers prepare for you as it has been prepared as per the requirements provided to us by you. Once the work has been delivered to you via automatic mail system from our end, then you can’t ask for a refund in case you lose any data from your side due to technical or other issues. We are not responsible for such cases.
2. We do not provide any refund if you cancel your order after the writer starts working on your assignment. The reason is that, once you make the payment, we transfer the writer’s fee at the same time. On top of that, we always take your requirements beforehand, so that there are no confusions later and the work is done as per your expectations. If you have any such query regarding the refund, feel free to mail us. Our customer executive team will surely reply back ASAP.
3. •We have already cleared our payment terms in the payment section under terms and conditions. You can refer it in case of payment related doubts. In case of low quality work or late delivery, we will provide you a revised work. In rare chances if the student fails in an assignment, we will provide a refund in the payment wallet.
4. •There is a condition on the refund. You need to make your refund request within 7 days after your work has been delivered to you. If you do not contact us within this time frame, then no refunds will be entertained and we will consider that you have accepted our work and it had met your requirements.
5. •If you find out that your requirements have not been met by the writer, then you need to notify us in written and forward us the original email that contains your initial request that you made while ordering. We request you to read the whole paper thoroughly before asking for revisions so that no further issues occur. No revision request will be entertained after the time frame assigned.
6. •If the revision requirements does not match your initial requirements, then we will charge you for the new revision that needs to be made. Also, such new revisions are subject to availability of the writer to complete it in the required time frame. When you make the full payment for this revision, then only our writer will start working on the changes.
